I was born in Baker City Oregon. My two sisters and I lived in Gillette Wyoming for a few years but later moved to North Texas. We were raised in Pampa Texas for most of our childhood until moving to Lone Star Texas for a couple years. I moved back to Baker City to live with my grandparents during my Junior year of high school and that is where I met my wife Lori. We married in 1988 and I shipped off for Army basic training two weeks later. I served 20 years in the Army as a Satellite Communications Equipment Repairer (MOS 25S).

Today, Lori and I (top right) live near Augusta Georgia. We have two boys, Bryan (Soldier: right center) and Kevin (Marine: bottom right). Bryan and his fiance Emily live in Stone Mountain Georgia near Atlanta. Kevin and his wife Abby both attend college and work here at home in Augusta Georgia. I retired from the Army in 2009, changing my title from Soldier to Software Developer.
